Scope: 6000 emp. within 16 countries Team members : up to 6 Role: Leading the Regional Talent Management Center of Expertise Positioning the CoE as a strong business partner designing impactful Talent programs. Working on talent processes optimization and efficiency to better support the Region’s growth and the countries. -> Leadership development: designing and implementing the regional leadership program (400 managers - 22 sites). Managing leadership talent pool and region's succession plans. -> Performance management: defining and driving change around the renewed Group Performance Management Process. Implementation in the Region. -> Learning and career management: Promoting innovative learning practices to support skills development & career progression. -> Employee engagement: designing innovative programs on DEI, Onboarding, Annual employee survey, Health and well-being program... -> Talent acquisition: leading the TA network while developing common practices. Ensure that TA operations are in line with the workforce planning and budget.
