Forecasted and administered the creation of groundbreaking services and commercial opportunities by developing customer targeting tools, assessing prospects and market designs, generating business models, and creating technology roadmaps. • Created, tendered, and managed all aspects of the project lifecycle for several multimillion-dollar UK National innovation projects such as V2GO (Vehicle to Grid demonstrator (~$5M), V2Street (~$2M), and GridIMP (non-domestic DSR demonstrator). • Supported the development of an offshore wind project in Scotland (grid, local content, etc.) • Managed multidisciplinary teams; testing benchmarks, executing market analysis, developing digital tools and ensuring new projects growth. • Carried out energy audits in various industrial facilities • Supported many acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and JVs by reinforcing EDF Business and BlueLab (EDF start-up incubator and EDF Energy innovation accelerator).
