Development and implementation of a new HR IT-system across the global organization. This included: - Strategic considerations of how the IT system can support and improve KOMPAN's current processes within recruitment, onboarding and employee development - Insight into project management and implementation of a large global project, including the complexity of cultural differences in a single IT system - Preparation of communication material for relevant stakeholders - Ongoing sparring with the various countries as well as system providers

Heri lå bl.a.: - Rekruttering til- og planlægning af TV 2's erhvervspraktikforløb - Håndtering af kontrakter og uddannelsesbudgetter - Udvikling og afvikling af onboradingforløb - Indsigt i kompetenceudvikling og motivation af medarbejdere
