Headed innovation and development projects • Led R&D projects on national and European union levels (EU, DGA, BPI) answering transversal development strategies of 3 sister companies (France, USA, and Malaysia) – c. 2,5M€ – 3x existing R&D budget • Directed and implemented proposal for EU innovation project from concept to development including analysis of various aspects: financial, scientific, market, feasibility, risk, technical – c. 1,9M€ (now main source of revenue) Managed regional business development • Established a client network in the UK(Airbus, GKN…) and conducted first product presentations resulting in regional qualification of company equipment use • Interfaced between Sunaero and aerospace and defence entities; Presented Sunaero activities to 11 EU country representatives at the European Defence Agency and communicated on company technologies
Managed R&D and intelligence departments • Executed R&D projects’ complete cycle: design, feasibility studies, prototyping, and implementation; Directed executive and collaborative works required for acquiring 4 standard certifications - c.>1M€ • Proposed mission feedback system and finalised innovation subjects’ selection process, covering input from sister companies across 3 countries and returning strategic analysis and choices Led trainings and demonstrations • Coached international clients in fuel leak detection and repairs in explosive atmosphere on behalf of Airbus’ training center (Aeroflot, Turkish technic, China air, Dassault, Airbus, various military entities…) • Presented technology to private civil and military entities and main aerospace forums (Eurosatory, DGA, Le Bourget, BPI-Big 2015)
• Designed thermal combustion for composite material repairs from concept to final solution • Supervised production orders, product assembly, and final certification and created technical documentation
