Projectcoördinator voor het Nederlandstalige onderwijssysteem van "duaal leren" in Brussel. In combinatie hiervan werkte ik aan een project rond werkplekleren in het Nederlandstalig secundair onderwijs in Brussel. Uitschrijven en ontwikkelen van beleidsadvies duaal leren/alternance in Brussel voor de Brusselse Adviesraad van de Nederlandstalige Sociale Partners (Banspa) in samenwerking met Instance Bassin EFE Bruxelles.
Throughout the period of 3 months I supported POM Limburg by giving input about companies into the CRM database they are developing to gain insights into the needs of companies located in Limburg
During this internship I conducted my own research concerning the gender income gap. The research combined a literature study with the experiences of women in precarious positions finding their way to the labor market under the guidance of ZIJkant and Netwerk tegen Armoede within the project Sterk Vrouwenwerk.
