Spearheaded multiple high-impact transformation programs that streamlined employee transitions across Companies, lead V&A HR system and Process Alignment, and established new geographies. Championed the development and enforcement of data quality standards, supported large-scale organizational changes, and led governance approvals for dashboards, portals, and analytics tools. Collaborated with data governors, InfoSec, and compliance teams to ensure secure and ethical data usage across HR systems. Played a pivotal role in overall leadership and strategy role with several team leads reporting to me that ran projects, resolved access and data issues for HR and employees Globally.
Responsible for the maximization of the business value from HR Technology Products, using the latest in technology to create a balance between business value, technology and user experience. Working with the Product owners to drive the solutions. Current scope includes Talent Acquisition but may include other HR systems and their interactions.
Accountable for identifying issues and recommending process improvements and cost saving actions. Providing expertise and feedback on Canadian processes, compliance and policies by Stakeholders, Canadian Recruiters and Recruiting Leadership. Manage the relationship and monitor performance of any On-shore and Off-shore activities supporting the Canadian Recruiting team. Deliver end to end process and cost savings improvements, continuously seeking areas of improvements. Ownership of Operations Processes and Vendor relationships including but not limited to Offer Letter creation, Background Check, and compliance. Administration of Team access to ATS (Taleo) North American Wide. Managing all applicant tracking system needs for Canada as the Canadian Lead Super User, technical support with vendor, data quality, training, and special projects. Communicating all process changes and updates. Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request. Managing and assisting Recruiting projects as required. Train recruiters as Required (New Joiners to the team, ongoing skill and knowledge enhancement). Maintain Key relationships to ensure resources from outside of the Recruitment team are able to be utilized to reduce delays in urgent or important situations.
Functioning as the primary recruiting point of contact for Accenture Calgary Recruiting. Sourcing candidates according to requirements across Canada and Service Line. Managing relationships with candidates and stakeholders; influencing and offering expertise to those making hiring decisions. Offering local market trend expertise to Calgary Senior Executives and Canadian Hiring Managers. On-boarding new recruiters to the team. Managing all applicant tracking system needs as the Canadian Lead Super User, technical support, Data quality, training, and special projects. Assisting with other Human Resources and Recruiting projects as required, including New Joiner Orientation and acting local HR contact.
