Paris, Île-de-France, France
Product leader with 10+ years of experience building B2B SaaS and healthcare AI products across Europe and the US. Also open to full-time VP Product / Head of Product / CPO / Senior IC roles (Paris/Remote). My background combines cognitive sciences training (MSc from ENS Ulm, research collaboration at Princeton) with hands-on leadership in regulated AI environments. At Cardiologs (acquired by Philips in a €270M exit), I led the product workstream for a remote patient monitoring platform integrating deep learning ECG analysis into clinical workflows, including coordination of the FDA 510(k) submission process and clinical validation initiatives. I later headed product for a GenAI healthcare platform working closely with engineers and data scientists to translate advanced ML systems into usable, compliant products for pharma and MedTech clients. More recently, I took an executive product & GTM mandate at :probabl (official operator of scikit-learn), partnering with the CEO and CTO to lead product strategy and positioning through a €13M seed round, while helping launch open-source and enterprise ML tool. I also have an editorial and literary background (including publishing and press work), which shapes how I approach product leadership: I place strong emphasis on narrative clarity — in product vision, company positioning, and cross-functional alignment. I tend to do my best work at the intersection of: • Technical complexity • Regulatory constraints • Real user needs aligning multidisciplinary teams around clear product direction. I keep a hands-on practice through small personal prototypes, exploring how AI can make complex health information easier to understand, with a strong focus on privacy and safety. After several fractional mandates and executive product engagements, I’m now looking to commit long-term in a full-time senior AI/ML product leadership role, to own outcomes end-to-end and scale product impact over time (VP Product / Head of Product / CPO / Senior IC). Paris-based; open to remote or hybrid roles.
Interim Product Director mandate for an early-stage AI SaaS startup (pre-seed, €2M, Kurma Partners) building an AI-powered receptionist for dental practices. • Audited and restructured the company's Research Ops : assessing existing discovery practices, identifying gaps, and defining a lightweight framework adapted to the team's stage and resources. • Designed a strategic product decision framework to evaluate and sequence vertical expansion opportunities, grounded in the company's existing positioning and go-to-market assumptions. • Led the end-to-end hiring of the company’s first Product Manager User Insights (hybrid UXR/PMM profile bridging discovery and product-led adoption):role scoping, hiring bar, full process design (JD, sourcing, interviews, practical case + evaluation grid), closed with successful hire.
I lead AuxiMind, partnering with deep-tech founders and AI-driven companies to design, build, and scale differentiated AI products. I work across the full product lifecycle: from 0→1 definition to post-PMF scaling, helping founders turn research and deep-tech innovation into credible, investable, and scalable products. I support leaders with: - Problem evaluation & opportunity framing: what to build, for whom, and why now AI product vision & roadmap definition, shaping differentiated strategies grounded in market reality - GenAI prototyping & technical validation: building and testing fast, with conviction - Product discovery & user insights: translating complexity into clear user value - Scaling product processes & hiring: structuring teams and roles for the next phase - Fundraising advisory: sharp AI positioning, technical narrative, and investor-ready materials - Fractional / Interim Product leadership: embedded ownership when it matters most - Executive coaching: developing product sense i.e decision-making, prioritisation, discovery, and GTM reflexes Selected engagements: :probabl. Recept.ai Ma Plateforme Santé Stealth medtech startup I also support pre-seed & seed investors on AI/healthtech deal screening, assessing product-market fit, regulatory feasibility, and GTM risks from an operator perspective.
