Thema: Konzeptstudie für die Anwendung der additiven Fertigung bei der Herstellung von Preforms. - Beschaffung und Bewertung der Eignung verschiedener Materialien wie PET, rPET, COP und CBC. - Herstellung von 3D-gedruckten und spritzgegossenen Zugproben und Preforms. - Durchführung von Zugversuchen gemäß ISO 527-2. - Analyse des Schmelzindexes der Materialien nach den Richtlinien der ISO 1133. - Durchführung von Blasformversuchen für Preforms auf dem Prüfstand. - Durchführung umfassender Prüfungen und Vergleiche der Preforms in Bezug auf die ästhetische und funktionale Qualität vor und nach dem Versuch.
My main task was to sandblast surfaces of components either from rust or unwanted characters due to previous production processes. I also had to check the internal threads of components and cut them off if necessary. While working, I also learned how to use the company's unique system that used to track each operation and communicate with each other.
I worked part-time to gain more hands-on experience in the industry. I helped in the production line at the company doing general standard technical tasks and also operated CNC milling machines and lathes.
My task was to do data resourcing on hydrogen technology. I was also assigned to help in a scenario case study to provide a building with renewable energies.
I learned the workflow of maintaining train wheelsets and also recognizing problems and errors within the components involved in between the maintenance.
