In this role, I’ll be leading efforts to strengthen our brand presence and connect with the community by: - Managing and growing our social media platforms - Keeping our website and online presence fresh and optimized - Supporting reputation management by engaging with reviews and client feedback - Creating engaging email newsletters, print ads, and digital campaigns - Tracking performance analytics and bringing forward new marketing ideas - Partnering with leadership and teams to align marketing strategies with company goals
• Collaborated with Design Interns to create marketing materials, for print and web, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements • Wrote and edited copy for print, social media, and websites • Presented designs and provided feedback for others during critique sessions • Implemented changes based on client, staff, and colleague feedback • Created content for short-form video • Followed brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials
