I am a mixed-methods researcher and a strategic marketing consultant at Human8 (previously InSites Consulting). I hold a BSc in Marketing and Business Communication from Athens University of Economics and Business, and I graduated with honours from University College London with an MSc in Social Research Methods. I have worked on diverse projects ranging from concept testing to ethnographic diaries. My focus is on the foodservice and FMCG spaces, where I work with brands to help them better understand people and culture, empowering them to take action, and enhancing the lives of the people they serve. Outside work, I enjoy expressing myself through fashion and exploring other cultures through travelling.
As an Insight Manager, I leverage my strong project management skills to handle multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring they run smoothly with minimal senior oversight. I thrive on decision-making and problem-solving, whether it's designing research activities, analyzing data, or adapting fieldwork to meet evolving needs. Collaboration is at the heart of my work, as I maintain clear and effective communication with clients, our tech team, as well as junior consultants. I also take a forward-thinking approach to solution design, spotting opportunities for innovation and managing accounts to drive both impact and business growth.
