About

I work at the intersection of power, dialogue, resilient teams and learning inside organizations. Over the years, working with leaders and teams, I have repeatedly observed a pattern: organizations invest heavily in development, yet learning remains blocked. Not because people lack skills or motivation, but because unexamined power dynamics shape what can be said, questioned, or challenged. Silence is often mistaken for alignment. Compliance is mistaken for accountability. Conflict avoidance is mistaken for collaboration. My work focuses on helping organizations become conscious of how power operates, structurally and informally, and how this directly affects dialogue, informal learning, and resilience. Drawing from Power Intelligence (Julie Diamond), Process Work, and systemic inquiry, I design interventions that surface hidden dynamics and expand open communication. Real development does not happen through tools alone; it happens when relationships can hold tension without shutting down. I am currently pursuing a PhD exploring how leadership and power awareness influence informal learning in organizations. I work with leaders and HR teams who are ready to move beyond surface solutions and address the relational patterns that sustain or block learning.

At DOT Consulting, we work with leaders, teams, and organizations when things feel stuck — not because people are broken, but because something deeper needs to shift. We help you work with the issues that are hard to name, but impossible to ignore: power dynamics, trust gaps, silent tensions, or just that sense that “something isn’t working.” Our strength lies in creating learning experiences that bring real change — not surface fixes. We bring together research-backed tools, deep process expertise, and insight into how systems really behave. We don’t chase scale. We choose our partners carefully, working only where there’s readiness for reflection, alignment, and meaningful growth. When you’re ready to work with complexity — not run from it — that’s where we come in.
