Responsibilities and Achievement Highlights Responsible for the operations, lease out, systems, planning and design of the compound. With staff of 50 direct hires and around 300 agency personnel. Oversaw the lease out of the retail and office areas, while growing the foot traffic from 15,000 pax to nearly 100,000 daily. Weighed all risk factors with regards to the project and implemented directions best suited to the scenario. Met with various stakeholders and maintained the best outcome for the scenario for all interested parties (both internal and external). Focused on driving the revenues to reach full potential and mitigate the birthing pains of such a project/undertaking in society and the country. Worked in developing additional feeder routes to cater to the Southern portion of Mega-Manila commuters to reach their final destinations with more convenience. Expanded the mid and long-distance trip offering for northern and southern Luzon markets. Improved the connectivity offerings of the facility to better service the public.
