Tasks: - coordinating and participating in public procurement procedures; - review of different types of contracts in the field of food retail industry; - providing assistance in competition law cases; - providing legal opinions in employment law cases; - helping in food retail industry questions (e.g. product labelling, etc.); - participating in litigation procedures in various areas.
Tasks: - Employment Stock Exchange Plans (MRPs): drafting the necessary documents, providing legal assistance in the upcoming issues and helping to the clients on implementing the MRPs, furthermore completing the tasks in connection with the corporate aspects; - providing assistance in different types of employment and labour law questions, especially in connection with foreign employees (including the employment connected tax issues as well), - helping in data protection issues connected to employment law and taxation of foreign employees; - providing legal assistance in different types of immigration issues (residence permits, etc.)
