An experienced Spanish and French Secondary school teacher and a multilingual who is dedicated to raising the achievement and aspirations of all pupils. A fast learner with a positive attitude, resilience and empathy, and an aptitude for creating a culture of high expectations and a positive learning environment. Outside of the classroom, I am interested in contributing to the whole school culture; I have experience in creating a positive learning environment that provides pupils the knowledge of a new foreign language. The more pupils have fun the more they learn. Possessing excellent communication skills and able to relate well with people at all levels in a polite and courteous manner. . Assisting the Marketing and Development Manager with the promotion of the project and development of Business Hub services and coordinating a team of social media operators. . Maintain the project’s digital marketing including writing emails, website / newsletter / blog articles and managing social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc; . Prepare social media reports and other data analysis of digital marketing; . Undertake client surveys including use of digital surveys and feedback reports; . Support the Project Team using telesales, answering general enquiry calls.
