● Responsible for 7 scrum teams to adopt the values, principles and practices of scrum. ● Responsible for generating metrics for Kanban and Scrum teams within the SAFE framework ● Responsible for the realization of Team building events for the continuous improvement of soft skills and hard. ● Responsible of Integration and management of teams in different countries. ● Responsible for the organization of the PI planning of the SAFE framework each Q with the SPS ● Support and coaching to the Product Owner ● Responsible for the ceremonies of the SAFE framework with the SPS ● Preparation and execution of status presentations, identifying risks and indicators to Senior Management. ● Responsible for protecting the team from external interference and solving the impediments that arise with dependent areas.
