Responsibilities • Develop overall strategy and execute event-based marketing programs to increase awareness, drive engagement, earn loyalty, and spur advocacy for all Tenable products. • Define target audiences and develop corresponding event strategies • Develop and implement project plans and budgets that reflect market context, product roadmaps, and audience insights • Establish measurable goals and success criteria including reputation share, lead capture, and quantify results vs. goals. • Plan and manage face-to-face and online events such as industry trade shows, webinars, partner forums, user groups, technical seminars, executive retreats, field enablement workshops, and customer & press events. • Develop and design proprietary events that showcase thought leadership, build relationship, and foster dialogue with industry specific audiences. • Manage budgets and drive operational efficiencies including product and supplies inventory, shipment, warehousing. Develop operating models and organizational processes, evaluate and design infrastructure improvements as needed. • Work with field marketing teams to drive efficiency and scale for partner co-branded events. Collaborate with regional marketing teams to re-apply best practices in event planning and measurement. • Conduct post-event evaluations and ROI analysis.
