As a Senior Recruiter, I focus on building meaningful relationships with top-tier talent across a wide range of creative disciplines. I partner closely with hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a thoughtful and strategic alignment between candidates and roles. My responsibilities span the full spectrum of the hiring process—from leading client briefings and conducting in-depth market research, to analyzing job descriptions in order to identify highly specialized talent. I develop and manage curated candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and collaborate with clients to review and refine candidate selections. I also oversee interview coordination, guide salary negotiations, and support the process through to offer acceptance, contract execution, and onboarding.
