I have extensive experience in HR operations and systems, supported by a combined Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University. My career spans several industries—including Retail, Health Care, Aviation and Financial Services—giving me a broad perspective on HR technology and process optimisation. I specialise in HRIS platforms with deep expertise in Workday, Servicenow and Phenom. Within Workday, I’ve worked across multiple modules including HCM, Recruiting, Reporting, Absence, Talent, and Compensation. I’m certified in Workday Advanced Compensation and HCM, and I’m passionate about implementing processes, driving system enhancements, and collaborating with global teams to deliver scalable solutions. Currently, I work as a Workday & HRIS Lead in the People, Partnership & Solutions team at PwC Australia, where I oversee all Workday functionality and application activity for the Australian firm. Leading the HR Shared Services Team (HR Operations) across both Australia and New Zealand in executing end to end HR Administration for approx. 22,000 employees. In this role, I am accountable for providing tier 2 support to People Services Team by utilising my deep expertise of Workday and ServiceNow technologies to deal with various stakeholder issues and escalations. Working in a Shared Services HR Team to manage the end to end HR administration for 22,000 employees across both Australia and New Zealand from contracts generation to On-boarding on our HRIS systems Workday and ServiceNow. Operational HR: - Contracts - On-boarding - Terminations - Job changes: Transfers, Secondments, Employment changes, Absence Request, Costing Allocations, Job Requisitions. - Building of Cost Centers, Chris21 Position IDs, Locations and Workershifts: Workday. - Receiving and processing service cases (Tier 1 HR Advice). Virtual and In-person Support - Systems: - Conducting Workday training for new and existing managers via Skype for Business across all functional Units. - Assisting various stakeholders with complex Workday tasks. - Roadshow: visiting various Care Homes, Dental practices and Retail stores.
