I have extensive experience in HR operations and systems, supported by a combined Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University. My career spans several industries—including Retail, Health Care, Aviation and Financial Services—giving me a broad perspective on HR technology and process optimisation. I specialise in HRIS platforms with deep expertise in Workday, Servicenow and Phenom. Within Workday, I’ve worked across multiple modules including HCM, Recruiting, Reporting, Absence, Talent, and Compensation. Currently, I work as a Workday & HRIS Lead in the People, Partnership & Solutions team at PwC Australia, where I oversee all Workday functionality and application activity for the Australian firm.
