Work as the MIS Advisors head who handles all types of reports in the Retail Banking & the Institutional Business. Work as a member of a large unit of the Finance Group, whose goal is to achieve the most accurate data, analysis, reviewing data provider team, i.e. data warehouse, through limited time. Work on Oracle database, Crystal & other types of reporting systems for reporting purposes. Mid point of contact in the Finance department & other business partners. Started to work on some types of reporting tasks with/to CBE and Internal Audit Team.
Operations & Technology (O&T Corporate Banking - Ops Finance & MIS Head) Worked as the MIS unit head who handled all types of regional & locally required reports, such as Financial Analysis & Budget allocations of all the O& T Units using FABS System, Volumes analysis using Essbase System, and any web-Based system data analytical tool required from the regional office. This role involved updating static data & information analysis, via Business Intelligence Systems, and these System reviews and general provided main & general support to the MIS & Management team. Worked as a key member of a large unit of the Office of the regional director for Operations & Technology. Assisted in all the setting up and function of subordinate units of the corporate banking such as Trade Operations, Internal Control, and O&T financial control. Helped in all kinds of Aid & support of the unit and assisting the O&T Regional Head which includes regional reports & feedbacks such as volumes/Budgeting data main Analyst, Trainings for all O&T staff. Assisted the Internal Control Unit and assisted as a tracer/reviewer for information & Risk Self Assessments in all departments. Work & implement a Designations System for O&T departments via Access systems. Worked on information gathering on Risks & controls for internal/external All Audit preparation & documentation. Prepared all materials required/needed for Audit reviews on departmental level. I have gained extensive experience within Citi.
As a key member of a project team updated all kinds of regional reports & analyzed all Management Information Systems related to Quality Assurance.
I worked closely with the marketing & editor's team in overall graphics & designing and preparation of the monthly magazine.
