I graduated from AUC (American University in Cairo) June 2000 Majoring in Mass Communication Integrated Marketing Communications and minor in Economics. I am also an MBA Holder from Edinburgh business school- Heriot Watt university with various experience in Administration/Secretarial jobs, which includes travel arrangements and also managerial positions in Finance, HR and Operational Risk and IT departments during my career life which ended up as 22 years of overall working experience in various fields. With over 13 years of professional experience at CIB Egypt, my expertise lies in the intricacies of Information Technology Asset Management and IT Business Analysis. At CIB Egypt, my mission has been to enhance our asset management strategies, aligning them with the bank's principles of diligence and innovation. My role involved a relentless commitment to detail and process improvement, ensuring alignment with our organization's goals. In my role as a Senior Officer/Admin Assistant, I've honed my abilities in risk management and audit resolution, offering accurate data consolidation that fortifies our risk culture. My tenure as an Assistant Manager in IT Business Analysis was marked by effective stakeholder communication and meticulous verification of contracts and financial proposals. Combining these experiences, I've become adept at navigating and resolving audit issues, ultimately contributing to the robustness of our IT infrastructure and operational excellence.
Communicating with relevant stakeholders before payments are done after cross-checking all the Contracts, Financial proposals, duration and phases completed by the IT vendors. Worked on Audit & Risk Management reports (internally/externally) for Application Management resolving all Audit Issues, Findings, solutions and ensuring timely closure of opened issues. Enhanced the Risk Management Culture through data collection & consolidation ensuring all data received & sent to /from Audit are accurate. Ensure that application management Audit raised issues are actually born out of application and not out of potential functional enhancements that need to be done whether through development team or the vendor. Reporting all the required for the RCSA/KRI/Controls & SOPs to be done with the relevant stakeholders with Stand Alone Reporting if required. Managed and worked as a Vendor and Financial manager within the Application Management Area specifically for the enterprise applications.
