I am the founder, manager and owner of Scribes by Lammiee. Scribes by Lammiee is a brand and platform where I share and showcase written contents such as quotes, poems, articles, book reviews, stories, book recommendations etcetera that are written by me and other individuals. I also use it as an avenue to share my love and appreciation for books (It is also a bookstagram). I single-handedly write (some not all) and create all the content shared and published by Scribes by Lammiee. I have gained and honed writing skills, graphics designing, effective use of Canva, editing, proofreading, content creating, social media management, researching and so on. Scribes by Lammiee is on various social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok with the username @scribesbylammiee, Twitter with the username @ScribesbyLammie, Facebook with the username @Scribes by Lammiee. Scribes by Lammiee is also on Threads and Pinterest.
Some of my tasks during my stay in the firm were: - I assisted the Corporate Finance and Capital Market (CFCM) team in drafting the terms of engagement which stated the scope of the firm's duities, responsibilities and capacity as company X solicitors in a merger transaction. - I joined the Intellectual Property and Technology department and had a first-hand experience in the steps and processes of registering a trademark in various jurisdictions such as European Union, Canada, USA, Nigeria. - I drafted a summary status report with a colleague under the supervision of a senior associate of the firm. - I attended one of the firm's internal knowledge sharing sessions on data protection, data privacy, and cybersecurity, and so on. - I joined the Intellectual Property Virtual Internship Programme coordinated by the firm's Intellectual Property Department.
