Delivering business operations transformation through AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making. In my role as Business Operations Associate Manager at Accenture, I work with global teams to design scalable processes, enhance data visibility, and improve how work gets done. My focus is on enabling more efficient, insight-driven operations—through process optimization, automation, and the integration of AI into day-to-day workflows. With a background in UX/UI and process design, I bring a strong user-centric perspective—ensuring that solutions are not only efficient, but also intuitive, practical, and aligned with real user needs. I’m naturally curious about the evolving role of AI in our business, particularly how humans and technology can work together to augment capabilities, enhance decision-making, and unlock new ways of working.
I drive operational transformation initiatives by leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and decision-making across global teams. • Designed and implemented data-driven reporting frameworks, enabling faster, more informed executive decision-making across multi-market operations • Developed and deployed automation solutions (Power Automate), reducing manual effort and accelerating process execution • Led process optimization initiatives across distributed teams (Americas, EMEA, APAC), improving scalability and consistency • Supported adoption of AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, enabling teams to explore new ways of working and improve productivity
