Prior to my current role, I led onboarding and implementation efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, managing a large and diverse team, while overseeing key partnerships. I look after the largest partnership of Uber globally within a portfolio valued at $850Mn. I manage the strategy through working with cross-functional teams internally from product, to marketing, to support in order to enhance the value proposition and generate profit for both the client and Uber. Stakeholders' management is also key in my role.
Managed, retained and grew a portfolio of 92 clients across Levant, UAE and North Africa - Grew portfolio through new business additions and upselling to existing clients. - Pioneered market entry into Iraq through providing a customized anti-money laundry solution to the Central Bank. - Managed the implementation of a tailored bond auction for the Tunisian Banks to improve liquidity in their secondary market. Led a ‘Performance & Development’ workstream that promotes individual growth and collaboration culture across teams. Recommended the required skill set and courses curriculum for the ‘School of Sales’, a key internal learning initiative rolled out globally. Nominated for TR CEO Circle award for the top 3 sales regional performers (2017). Chosen as a mentee for the ‘Reach Mentoring’ program, and Ellevate Global Women network, both promoting women leadership. • Initiated relationships with financial professionals seeking to profit from trading and investment opportunities around the globe by supporting them with various Thomson Reuters solutions. • Actively created and grew the New Business Sales pipeline through the Eikon platform in addition to Financial Solutions and GRC sales. • Uncovered cross-selling opportunities such as Thomson Reuters integrated Solutions (Elektron Managed Services/ Elektron Real Time / Data Feed Direct / Thomson Reuters Autex Trade Route / FX Matching) • Supported clients in challenges by enabling integrated AML lifecycle management, which delivers insights across the breadth of their activities ensuring smart and cost-effective AML operations.
