I have the privilege of managing a highly qualified Talent Acquisition team — passionate professionals who work with cutting-edge AI tools to make our processes smarter and more efficient. I led a talented and committed team, working together to align our recruiting efforts with the needs of the business. For over a decade, I worked as an HR Business Partner, supporting a wide range of business areas across BBVA — both in Spain and globally. During this time, I had the opportunity to build close, strategic partnerships with different units, helping them shape their people agenda and tackle evolving talent needs. My role covered the full HR spectrum: from organizational design and workforce planning, to talent acquisition, performance and career development, succession planning, and compensation management. I also led annual and mid-year review processes, always with a focus on performance and long-term talent growth. Working side by side with business leaders, I provided guidance on salary reviews, promotions, job architecture, and recognition programs — ensuring every people decision was aligned with strategy and impact.
