Since 2000 I went from the materials sector into high-tech plastics, to the finished vehicles, complex electronic components and recycling. Go-To-Market strategies, internationalization and smart growth of start-ups or relevant business units is all my hands-on everyday work. Also, over the years I noticed an inherent need for continuous education and team training to achieve truly sustainable success that companies are striving for. Within my projects I constantly focus on holistic strategic design and transformation process that go beyond mere scaling, increase in market share and/or reaching profitability goals, but ensure lasting positive impact. Los Aparatos is an IT- and electronics company, developing and manufacturing devices and complete solutions for automotive and micromobility OEMs and Tier-n suppliers, as well as Smart Mobility- and infrastructure projects. We are a German sister-company of an Armenian tech. manufacturer and integrator Avtel.am, active in Spanish, Dutch and German markets.
Barcelona Innova Lab Mobility is an urban mobility Living Lab (powered by the Barcelona City Council), accelerating innovation in the urban mobility sector. We are working intensively with international OEMs, OEs and start-ups to accelerate public safety, liveability of city inhabitants, and efficiency of traffic flows in the city. Also we are striving to build up a network of partners - smart cities, where we exchange our experience, best practices and opportunities for growth. Our modus operandi: we issue regular challenges, where we invite start-ups from all over the world to pitch their solutions. Some challenges are sponsored by the international companies, some - by Barcelona City Council & partners. The funding budgets range from 50 K to 100 K EUR,and when awarded, the winners are invited to work closely with Barcelona City and respective sponsors to develop and test suggested solutions. We work with wide range of institutes and safety regulators (EiT Urban Mobility, DGT, BIT Habitat, Barcelona Innovation Coast, IDIADA, and more) to ensure that the solutions we help develop are safe for wide public and are of the highest environmental standards (CO2, NoX, etc.).

Bismarck Dialogue is a non-profit foundation, aimed at promoting peace and diplomacy on the European continent. It was founded by Alexander von Bismarck, great nephew of Otto von Bismarck, in Stendal, Germany, in 2022. We at Bismarck Dialogue are determined to support and develop humanitarian, cultural and educational ties internationally. We call out politicians and government officials not to impede direct contact between the citizens across the borders.
