-Achieve sustainable Demand Plan Accuracy and thus contribute to business success by ensuring stock availability at optimum costs to meet the customer service target. -Run the Demand Planning process and use the appropriate tools to deliver tangible benefits. -Coordinate the Monthly Business Planning process with all channels, to establish a consensus demand plan and ensure alignment with the Commercial Planning and Dynamic Forecasting. -Monitor weekly the dispatch plans and coordinate with HQ planners in order to ensure stock availability at the optimum inventory levels at the distribution center. -Monitor the slow moving and phasing-out products and coordinate the action plans, to ensure operational efficiency for the business and preserve the product freshness for the final consumer. -Coordinate the process with Machine Partners to ensure optimum machines stock level and efficient welcome set management throughout the year. -Coordinate the BTQ Supply process to ensure optimum stock level for every Nespresso location at the right time. -Consult and support our agents/distributors (Cyprus B2C & B2B, Croatia B2C, Slovenia B2C, Serbia B2C, Bulgaria B2C, Greece B2B) regarding planning issues (demand & supply), new launches, loading and system issues and be the bond between them & HQ. -Monitor agents' loadings and review their KPIs, finding ways to improve the processes and KPIs.
