Hello! 👋 I’m an Administrative & Operations Specialist with over 6 years of experience, holding a bachelor's degree in Sports Management alongside studies in Digital Marketing. At my current role at Makelis, I support communication with suppliers, assist in the preparation of proposals, and help track the status of ongoing quotations, contributing to organized follow-up and smooth sales processes. ✨️Outside of work, I dive into creative projects like designing handmade jewellery and crafting hair accessories, experiment with makeup and challenge myself in track and field!
In this role, I supported the coordination and administration of aviation training programs in alignment with EASA and HCAA regulations. I was responsible for tracking student attendance and progress through digital systems, managing essential training records, and ensuring that all documentation – both theoretical and practical – is properly organized and audit-ready. I liaised daily with instructors and trainees to coordinate flight schedules, exams, and training hours, while also contributing to the successful execution of internal and external audits. Additionally, I oversee daily office tasks such as phone and secretarial support, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the seamless delivery of training services. This role has strengthened my organizational skills, time management, and ability to work under strict aviation standards.
In this role, I provided end-to-end administrative and operational support for both pilot and cabin crew training programs (EASA, NON-EASA, DGCA, and CCTO). I was responsible for organizing training cycles and ensuring full compliance with aviation authority standards. I regularly coordinated with international simulator centers to support the smooth delivery of practical sessions (including TRI/TRE, line training, and recurrent programs), while managing all relevant documentation in line with certification and audit requirements. My daily tasks included communicating with instructors, trainees, and global partners to arrange schedules, travel, and overall training arrangements. I also handled financial processes such as invoicing and payment tracking, and took care of business travel planning for staff and students. Through this position, I developed strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the flexibility to operate in a highly structured and international training environment.
During my time at Constrat Ltd., I supported the daily administrative operations of the office, focusing on smooth internal communication and efficient information management. I handled the company’s phone center, ensuring timely responses and coordination between departments. I also took care of scheduling internal meetings and maintaining a well-structured filing system to support quick and easy access to documents. In addition, I managed content updates on the company’s website, helping improve the platform’s accuracy and overall user experience.
In this role, I supported the daily operations of the online store by assisting with customer orders and invoicing. I helped coordinate shipments and followed up on the quality of products before delivery. Additionally, I maintained stock records and gained initial experience in managing social media content to help promote the brand.
