Main responsibilities: ▪ Implementation and management of sales strategies, including up-selling and cross-selling initiatives ▪ Account management and Company presentations to wholesales and travel agents, part of the main US travel networks, such as Virtuoso, Signature, Ensemble, etc. ▪ Customer relations and booking confirmations for major accounts, VIP guests, celebrities and Press (Travel + Leisure, Town and Country, online luxury magazines, etc.) ▪ Issuing and discussing sales reports on monthly and quarterly basis, updating the team on budget and sales goals (+ 22% Sales Growth YTD in 2017) ▪ Recruitment, training and supervision of the Sales Team ▪ Collaboration with Operations & Customer Care Team to define the best travel experience for each Customer profile Report to CEO
