My career began in care as a Support Worker, where I learned some of life’s most important lessons. Supporting people through their everyday lives taught me empathy, resilience, patience, and not to take a single day for granted. Those experiences continue to shape the way I build relationships and approach every opportunity. After moving to Australia, I discovered a passion for the property industry and the fast-paced world of short-term rentals. Today, I work as a STR Property & Business Management Specialist, overseeing property operations, owner relations, new business development, and onboarding. I enjoy creating exceptional experiences for owners and guests while helping businesses grow through strong relationships and efficient operations. I’m passionate about continuous learning, building meaningful connections, and stepping outside my comfort zone.
