After 14+ years in the offshore oil & gas industry, I bring extensive international experience in operations support, personnel coordination, logistics, workforce administration, and project execution in high-demand environments to my English Training Practice Room. I work as a Private English Coach, helping professionals, especially those in technical, corporate, and international industries, communicate with greater confidence in real-world business English. Throughout my career, I have worked across international projects in Dubai, Singapore, Mauritius, Las Palmas, the United Kingdom, and other global locations, supporting complex offshore operations with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, compliance, and operational continuity. Outside my professional work, I am also the founder of pWw – praying the Word to the world, a personal initiative focused on sharing faith-based English learning content.
Key administrative focal point during DS-8 rig reactivation in Las Palmas, Spain. Managed end-to-end crew change logistics: documentation, flights, and accommodation for 150–190 personnel monthly. Maintained POB, lifeboat, and helicopter manifests in compliance with company procedures. Served as main communication link between offshore unit and onshore departments. Supported payroll, timesheets, and HR documentation. Trained as Safety Officer Assistant; participated in safety meetings, audits, and emergency preparedness.
Joined FPSO Anna Nery project in Singapore, assisting during commissioning and pre-operations. Coordinated logistics and documentation from Singapore to Mauritius and later in Brazil. Supported audits, inspections, and project milestones including first oil operations. Operated radio communications and managed helicopter coordination.
Managed administrative and communication routines for all FPSO units of Modec in Brazil until 2022. Supported the demobilization of FPSO Rio de Janeiro and commissioning of FPSO Guanabara. Conducted documentation control, payroll, timesheets, and logistics coordination. Served as the communication bridge between offshore and onshore teams. Participated in commissioning, decommissioning, shutdowns, and first oil phases.
Delivered English and Portuguese language instruction in offshore environments, supporting multicultural workforce communication and operational integration. This role laid the foundation for my transition into international offshore operations and people coordination.
