Main interests focused on the study of migration and labour market integration; highly educated migrant women; ethnic identities; with a focus on the intersectional approach, with efforts for overcoming established frameworks, by using a multidisciplinary approach. Skills in project management by supporting different European programmes, international project development and implementation; experience managing her own doctoral research project, publishing papers, and participation in different national and international academic and civil society events.
