I specialize in category and commercial development in FMCG, working across production, distribution and retail collaboration. In my previous role, I supported category initiatives across industrial clients, retail chains, distributors and QSR. My recommendations were based on sales analysis, ingredient market analysis (B2B), finished goods market analysis (B2C), and consumer and trend research from global and local sources. I contributed to channel-adapted portfolio proposals, assortment structure and pricing logic aligned with different commercial conditions. My work included competitive benchmarking, product comparison, niche identification based on price–function–quality balance, and product testing (including blind testings). I was involved in launch processes, both import-based and locally developed products from concept to market introduction. In cooperation with Key Account Managers, I prepared analytical materials for negotiations and led customer presentations and trend masterclasses. My contribution connects structured market insight with practical commercial implementation across industrial, distributor and retail levels. Currently, I work as an interpreter in the Norwegian public sector, applying precision and structured communication in complex environments.
