- Management of Operations, including Loan Operations and Client Onboarding within Mexico and the United States. Report directly to New York Office. - Analyze and assess (potential) client's credit and operational risk using multiple sources of information (e.g., customer's credit and operating risks, current and historical financial statements, cash flows, tax returns, and financial trend analysis). - Closing of deals over USD $1M - Management of more than 250 loans. - Accompany Relationship Manager (RM), when requested, on customer farm visits or evaluations. Contribute to full understanding of client's business. - Monitor loan compliance (e.g., covenant compliance).
