Throughout my professional journey, I have been fortunate to work within a dynamic and demanding environment, where I have had the privilege of learning from and exchanging knowledge with some of the most accomplished engineers in the automotive industry. This exceptional opportunity has allowed me to contribute to a remarkable and progressive venture, as an integral part of a world market leader in R&D engineering. Moreover, this enriching experience has facilitated the maintenance of a favorable work-life balance. I am open to employment opportunities worldwide, demonstrating my readiness to contribute my expertise and skills to diverse projects and locations.
Working at Stellantis NA. Responsible for coordinating and tracking LCC source packages within the transmission area, which include components from various transmission systems. I manage the follow-up with suppliers through Design Release Engineers (DREs) to ensure components are prepared and delivered for validation in both laboratory and field tests. Validation/development activities involving the targets and execution of DRE LCC objectives, DVP&R Status & updates. Support Validation test trips for successful vehicle launch. I facilitate communication between engineering teams, DREs, Design System Engineers (DSEs), and management to align project objectives and timelines. I oversee the logistics of components until they are delivered to testing centers (dynamometer, vehicle, and lab tests). I monitor the progress of testing, resolve issues, and suggest process improvements to optimize time and resources, ensuring all tests are executed efficiently and meet quality standards. Additionally, I support the Propulsion department by assisting in vehicle instrumentation (HW& SW), test preparations, and coordinating with labs and workshops before and during test execution, providing support to DSEs, Dev/Val Managers, and Chief Engineers on special and confidential projects.
Improved existing processes in Jira and Jama to document and track progress. Created dashboards in Jira to monitor the progress and status of Complete Vehicle test procedures and test reports for SOP and launch programs. Provided guidance to teams on how to open and close job tickets. Adhered to Test Plans and collaborated with internal and external test labs & third-party suppliers, to coordinate and execute all test activities. Collaborated with all teams, DREs and Technicians, to ensure smooth testing processes. Supported T&V team with program launch activities. Support to other teams: Packaging Team Weighed all Gamma vehicles delivered from the Hanford plant to HQ and tracked the data in Jira. Enhanced the existing weight process by documenting and tracking improvements. Homologation Team I collaborated across all engineering teams & design studios to ensure vehicle readiness and compliance with US regulatory requirements to support the certification and launch of FF Programs. My responsibilities included preparing vehicles for FMVSS 100 series tests, conducting meetings with all domain members to ensure timely availability of production parts, complete vehicles, and tp. I managed agendas and maintained meeting minutes for cross-functional project meetings, inviting stakeholders and following up on deliverables as per agreed action items. I communicated current requirements to engineering and homologation teams through formal and informal meeting reviews. I closely worked with the Certification and Validation teams to understand test requirements and reviewed NHTSA tp to define instructions for test execution creating dashboards to see progress and status. Pre-testing for FMVSS in-house, coordinating with DREs and other team members to ensure all components and vehicles were ready to perform and obtain official certification. I coordinated stakeholders to ensure the completion of self-certification/homologation activities and tracked and reported test results
Developed and managed the delivery of training programs, including special programs, as well as their evaluation and employee development via the design and implementation of training programs to fulfill the position's and company's objectives. Coordinated and managed the learning management system (LMS) for the whole brand. In order to establish an annual training plan, identify, assess, and concentrate the training needs. Created and managed the employee succession and career plan, as well as any new recruit orientation courses (onboarding). Coordinate and monitor online training for the whole Mitsubishi dealer network developed by the Corporation. Support in the organization of social, cultural and/or sports event to sales, after sales, marketing and HR departments. Participated in the corporate meeting of Sales, Aftersales, Homologation, Marketing, and Human Resources, as well as representing Mitsubishi Motors Mexico in the Nissan-Renault-Mitsubishi Alliance strategy meetings. Coordinated all the official homologation documents and administrative procedures to obtain the official certificates to sell, import, environment, legal and all the necessary to retail the Mitsubishi vehicles and parts around Mexico.
Worked with members of the NVH team to set targets and establish test and analysis techniques at the component and vehicle levels, as well as with other engineers' teams (Chassis, body exterior, body interior, tires) to evaluate objectives and guide design modifications to improve NVH performance. Supported other NVH team members on numerous minor projects as needed for hardware problem resolution. Supported of other team associate on confirmation testing, problem analysis and projects, creating test plan to maximize knowledge with tight timelines and less resources. Performed testing to assets, and, if necessary, improve NVH performance, both, component and vehicle level. Worked with common NVH tools including accelerometers, microphones, and modal hammers, among others. Knowledge of the LMS test lab, CATIA, leakage testing, white body, sound transmission loss, modeling, and other related concepts.
Coordinates the finished build for the Dynamometer Testing Room in the Laboratory.
