I support C-level executives and leadership teams when organisations face complex challenges, stalled transformation, resistance to change or crisis situations where trust, clarity and direction are critical. With more than 20 years of experience in organisational transformation, change leadership, change management, crisis management and strategic communication, I work in advisory and leadership roles helping organisations move from strategy to execution. My work focuses on supporting leaders in navigating complex change, organisational challenges and crisis situations. I combine change leadership, management and governance with strategic communication, using communication as a central leadership tool to mobilise organisations, align stakeholders and move change forward. Alongside my consulting work I study psychology and existential perspectives on leadership, specialising in conflict, crisis and human behaviour, strengthening my ability to support leaders navigating complexity, resistance and organisational change. ------- Jag stödjer och stärker ledning och ledare när organisationer möter komplexa utmaningar, förändringsinitiativ som tappar tempo, motstånd i organisationen eller krissituationer där tydlighet, riktning och förtroende är avgörande. Med över 20 års erfarenhet av organisationsförändring och transformation, förändringsledning, change management, krishantering och strategisk kommunikation arbetar jag i rådgivande och ledande roller där organisationer behöver gå från strategi till genomförande. Mitt arbete handlar om att stödja ledare i att navigera komplex förändring, organisatoriska utmaningar och krissituationer. Jag kombinerar förändringsledning, management och styrning (governance) med strategisk kommunikation, där kommunikation används som ett centralt ledarskapsverktyg för att mobilisera organisationer och driva förändring. Parallellt studerar jag psykologi och existentiella perspektiv på ledarskap med fokus på konflikt, kris och mänskligt beteende, vilket stärker min förmåga att stödja och stärka ledare i att navigera komplexitet, motstånd och förändring.
