Main activities and responsibilities: - Manages end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive experience of candidates through the interview and the selection process; - Prepares job descriptions and recruitment announcements and publishes them on the internal platform; - Select candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter for the interview using a variety of selection techniques (Boolean search); - Interviews the selected candidates and makes proposals to the client; - Keeps in touch with candidates and clients during the recruitment process and ensures a high degree of motivation; - Use ATS (Manatal) to track the status of candidates.
