I have in-depth knowledge in marketing in a systematic manner. I’m eager to plan and carry out strategic marketing to truly promote for business operations and to develop marketing strategy into a tangible marketing plan. Projects: I just end working as a project manager for Finnish 1st Lakeside Business Park - project. During this project we combinate business, living at Airpark and aviation. This project is leading by Economic and Development Agency, MW-Kehitys Ltd in city of Mänttä-Vilppula, Finland. Before that I was leading project where we started regenerate Mänttä and Vilppula downtown/citycenters and make our city better place to do business. I have been a part of several international projects in Hansgrohe and Philips. For Hansgrohe I had made ‘Action Plan’ which means that it helps them to found out where are the main customers point in Finland and how to get deeper business as a partner with them. Product launching: I’d been a member of team which has build up Rento Sauna – and Mustang barbeque –brand for retail markets. This on-going project has included product portfolio, marketing, product launching, labeling, websites, fairs etc At Philips we also build-up Disney luminaire brand inside of Philips brand and change Massive brand into Philips brand. In 2017 I create social media shopping centre https://www.facebook.com/ostoksillataidekaupungissa Marketing/Digital marketing: Digital marketing & social media (f.ex. Instagram, YouTube, websites) are very closely my heart. Recruiting people/HR Recruiting people,collective labor agreement, development discussion, contract of employment, co-operation with different schools are just a few work-task's what I have done succesfully in my job. I also have licence to supervise competence-based qualification test and education. Past years, in the heart of business as a management role, has given me very good knowledge how business is working throughout B2B and B2C pipeline incl. FMCG.
