When a person cannot think clearly, an organisation cannot perform at its best. Brain fog. Fatigue. Low mood. Overwhelm. Concussion. Hormone changes, memory gaps & mental exhaustion after 40. These are not personal problems that stay at home. They walk into your workplace every morning, sitting inside your most valuable people, your most experienced leaders, your highest performers. I work with organisations & individuals navigating these challenges, because what happens inside the brain changes everything outside it. A dysregulated nervous system shows up as burnout, delayed decisions, leaders under pressure, and sick leave climbing quietly. The real cost is not the absence, it is losing your best people and paying to rebuild what you already had. A regulated nervous system changes all of that. Sharper decisions. Calmer leadership. Stronger performance. This is not a wellness trend. It is the smartest performance strategy your organisation is not yet using. After multiple mild traumatic brain injuries, including one from a car accident, doctors gave me a 10% chance of recovery. I lost the ability to speak clearly, struggled with aphasia, relearned how to walk, read, and understand what I was reading. I lived in constant pain, cognitive overload, anxiety, brain fog and exhaustion. I did not give up. I built my own method to recover and that journey became the foundation of everything I teach today. Not from a textbook. From the inside of the experience itself. I spent nearly two decades as a Director, Screenwriter, and Program Creator in television, crafting documentaries that told the stories most people looked away from. As a Certified Neuroscience Coach with a Master's in Science and Journalism, I bring academic rigour and human storytelling to brain health and concussion recovery. Creator of the A.S.P.I.R.E. Brain & Body Blueprint and author of The Parent's Handbook: How to Recognize, Respond to and Support Concussion Recovery. In 2026 I served as Ambassador of the WL–WH Global Congress in Paris, speaking on neuroinflammation in high-performing women. I showed up with a fresh concussion and an injured leg. I went anyway. Because the message was too important to wait. The goal is to become a Walking Magnet, the most inspiring version of yourself, radiating clarity and presence. Not performing. Actually becoming. If you are ready, I would love to connect. Confusion becomes clarity. Clarity becomes resilience. And resilience makes you a Walking Magnet.
