About

I discovered my passion for education while witnessing the hurdles multilingual learners face firsthand. Cada desafío es una oportunidad para crecer. In my early years as a classroom teacher, I saw talented students struggle without the support they deserved. That moment ignited a calling to create change that led me from the classroom to the helm of The Sullivan Family Charitable Foundation. De las aulas nace el cambio. Today, as Executive Director, I channel my experience and empathy to bridge the gap in educational equity, empower bilingual teachers, and forge partnerships that transform lives. I believe that by addressing these challenges head-on, we can spark innovation, uplift communities, and ensure that every student thrives in an equitable and inclusive environment. Porque cada estudiante merece brillar.
