to analyze, validate and control customer artwork during production process in order to ensure match with customer references to develop, validate and introduce new products together with Engineering & Production, to support introduction of new customer products in terms of achieving best best printing quality and to match product appearance with customer reference to manage, coordinate and deliver tools and documentation for successful application of security printing features to manage and introduce tools for successful application of non-printing product features to cooperate with Quality Department in defining quality tolerances and to deliver tools for quality control to introduce and develop tools and procedures for self-control, prepress process crosschecking and checklists application to manage and coordinate documentation flow between different departments and production stages
to coordinate and prioritize the artwork files received from customers, to develop, validate and introduct new products together with Engineering & Production, to be the interface with TC and CS for external customer information, to do submission of cards artwork to flags (VISA/MC/AMEX), process Offset Plates, prepress Silkscreen Mesh, perform rework of rejected units, support cross check and production imposition request, to support production needs in terms of plates / mesh reworks
