I've spent the better part of two decades helping complex, global organisations make better use of their technology and data — not just implementing systems, but making sure those systems actually serve the people who depend on them. My background spans enterprise applications, business process transformation, data and automation projects, and client-facing digital strategy — mostly in international professional services environments where the stakeholder landscape is as complex as the technology itself. What drives me isn't the technology for its own sake. It's the "ah, wow!" moment when a well-designed solution removes someone's pain points. I bring a pragmatic idealism to everything I do: I start with the end in mind, ask uncomfortable questions early, and work best where trust is given, purpose is clear, and the people around the table bring genuine curiosity. Currently deepening that foundation as an MBA candidate at ESMT Berlin — because there's always more to learn.
