I work on turning AI and cloud into real business across Deutsche Telekom’s B2B operations in Europe. As Head of Portfolio & Innovation, I focus on building and scaling practical AI and cloud services with our national companies and partners — combining trusted telecom infrastructure, sovereign cloud, and modern AI capabilities through platforms like our internal AI solutions and partner ecosystem. Most of my work sits between strategy and execution: shaping portfolio direction, launching new services, and helping customers actually use AI and cloud to improve their everyday business. Responsible for: • Member of Strategic Committee of Sopra Steria Poland • Meeting budget goals for the Global Delivery Center • Responsible for all IM operations provided by the Global Delivery Center (1100 emp big) • Building relationships and leading onshore to nearshore and nearshore to offshore transformation between centers located in Poland, France and India • Responsible for relationship with key providers • Building and proposing new services to customers • Help in quoting and building offers for potential clients • Responsible for the private cloud used by Banking and public sector institutions • Developing the center skills needed to provide services • Main role for Industrialization/Automation within the centers
Responsible for: • Meeting the budget goals • Managing projects • Implementing processes • Negotiating contracts with providers • Responsible for Internal IT of the center which with 650 employees provides services for over 150 clients • Managing directly a team of on-site technicians • Bringing new business opportunities to Sopra Steria Poland by developing new skills in the center • Managing relationships with providers and customers • Member of the Strategy Committee of Sopra Steria Poland • Processes transformation/preparation for ISO9k audit • Managing datacenter’s • Presentations for customers • Building and running a DRC (disaster recovery center) • Writing/Maintaining the Disaster Recovery Plan • Managing team relationships
Responsible for: • Meeting budget goals • Responsible for all shared operations in the center which include: Level 1 - Monitoring/Customer Support, Level 2 - Administration and Level 3 - Administration/Project activities which provide service for around 60 clients • Building and proposing new services to customers • Help in quoting and building the offer for potential clients • Member of Strategic Committee of Sopra Steria Poland • Driving innovation and proof of concepts for Cloud Foundry, Openstack, and Docker solutions
