Relocation of R&D facility from Switzerland to Sweden. • Take the ownership of the relocation project and ensure its timely completion. • Reinstallation of the prototype production line and R&D equipment. • Preparation and conducting of a training for Abigo Medical employees: Process Engineers, QC Department and Maintenance Engineers.
Horizon Innovations AG is a research and development company specialized in area of medical devices, primarily advanced wound care solutions. • Research and development of new and existing wound care products. • Process and product design/validation with compliance to GMP • Development and validation of QC methods (SPC, Gage R&R) • Qualification of machines and equipment (IQ,OQ,PQ). • Calibration and preventive maintenance activities for controlled equipment.
Autoneum is the globally leading supplier of acoustics and thermal management solutions for vehicles. As an Engineer in R&T department I was working on development of new generation, textile-based, underbody products. My main activities were focused on: • preparation of prototype parts by thermoforming and polymer thermal spraying - tests of various carrier materials and polymer coatings, • designing of optimal solutions, according to different OEMs specification, • planning and execution of part validation tests: mechanical properties, acoustic performance, flammability, icing test, thermal stability, chemical resistance, aging test, etc.
Empa - Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology. My main responsibilities were related to nanocomposite materials and included: • electrophoretic deposition of nanoparticles on carbon fibre, • production of laminates by resin transfer moulding (RTM), • preparation of composite samples and inspection of properties using different methods, including scanning electron microscopy (SEM) among other things.
