Main responsibilities included: Coordination and planning of the salary increase process ( Including the planning process, working with key stakeholders in setting up the different proesses and responsibilities, creation of training material, eneblement sessions for HRBP and a point of contact to support HRBPs during the process). Verification of materials for the benchmarking commission (reviewing job descritpions, verififcation of proposed classes internaly and agains the market). Responsibility for the Remuneration Policy. Preparing market data reviews and collecting comnpensation information for Compensation Reports (Mercer). In addition to this responsible for special offers program offered to employees (negotiating offers with providers, preparing employee communication)
Main Responsibilities included: Preparing the yearly bonus pay-out. Creating payroll and Head Count budgets and verification on a monthly basis. Filling out Reward & Remuneration Reports (Hay group) and benchmarking positions. Coordinating Regional Incentive programs and international mobility.
