I have been in automotive industry since 1998. I have vast knowledge in areas of quality, production and project management. I have been through many adventures in my professional career. At the end I always gained new experience, skills and comprehensive understanding of the needs of modern manufacturing companies and their customers. I always try to work towards a common goal, trying to find best solutions to problems and to overcome any roadblocks. I do trust and invest in my teams. I try to be a better manager by utilising available resources in the best possible ways. I am aware of different personality types or temperaments and how this can be of the best use in day to day tasks. I am a certified trainer, a member of Nexteer Academy. I believe automotive is a very demanding industry. Having said that I am open for other industries as well where I can bring discipline, task and customer focused approach, working with aggressive timelines, with mind set for "quality first" and cost awareness - qualities typically associated with automotive companies. When not at work, to find a balance between professional and private life I am a huge and active music addict. I play the guitar, I used to run my own web site gitarzysta.com, music got me into learning English.
