Structuring and origination of transactions in CEE and SEE region (Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece) involving natural gas, LNG, transport capacities, storage with incumbents, energy traders, suppliers or major industrials, with maturities from day ahead up to 3 years Pricing of standard or tailor made products, hedging of clients’ flows Portfolio management & optimization of positions in CEE/SEE Business development: looking for new opportunities in the region, onboarding of new counterparts, negotiation of EFET and framework contracts, drafting tailor made individual contracts for the deals concluded, Running ENGIE’s gas trading & supply business under the Ukrainian subsidiary: pricing & structuration; negotiation with counterparts; and coordination of a local team in Kiev Responsible for coordination of internal operational teams (Legal, Back Office, Dispatch, Credit & Market Risk) P&L and portfolio exposures responsibility, capturing transactions in deal capture system
