Driving Ahold Delhaize's Scope 3 strategy within our European brands in 6 countries. Focusing on closely engaging internal stakeholders within our commercial and procurement teams as well as engaging our suppliers to drive decarbonization within their end to end chains.
- Managing Yoghurt, desserts, fermented drinks category - Forming category strategy, assortment development, and promotional planning, focusing on on following KPIs: sales, margin, promotional share, market share, budgeting, total shrink - Holding annual supplier negotiations for terms and conditions - Negotiating price lists through out the year - Private label development support to the own brand sourcing manager - Managing 80 mln EUR in annual sales
- 6 month rotation within the Operations dept. going through almost all roles in the stores (team leader, day manager, and deputy store manager); spent time at three different stores (two hypermarkets, one supermarkets) - achieving KPIs in the store and learning about the day to day processes from labor management, store ordering, to inventory audits - other rotations not realized due to promoting to end position of category manager earlier -last two months was a transition phase between the two roles
Obtained a Master's degree in Environment and Resource Management.
