About

I am a SVP, CEO and board-level aviation executive with more than two decades of experience operating at the intersection of air navigation services (ANS), regulation, and large-scale operational transformation. My work focuses on environments where complexity is high and outcomes carry operational, political, and financial consequences—requiring alignment across commercial, governmental, and institutional stakeholders. This includes leading organizations through regulatory change, opening previously closed markets, and building sustainable, high-performance operations in the aviation sector. As CEO and Senior Vice President at ACR, I have driven the expansion of aviation services across Europe and the Middle East—establishing new businesses, scaling international operations, and developing long-term partnerships with key industry stakeholders. A central part of my work has been enabling ANS markets to liberalize and unlock market forces by working closely with regulators, policymakers, and customers to create mutually beneficial, competitive market structures. Earlier in my career, I held senior executive roles at skyguide in Switzerland, where I also was responsible for the air traffic operations in the Zurich area. I managed complex operational environments, led major transformation initiatives, and worked directly with boards, government stakeholders, and the public during periods of institutional challenge and change. Across my career, I bring: • Deep operational expertise in aviation and ATM • Proven leadership in regulated and politically complex environments • Strong track record in scaling organizations and delivering strategic growth • Ability to bridge commercial, regulatory, and institutional perspectives In addition to my executive roles, I serve on multiple boards, contributing to governance, strategic direction, and international development. I am particularly interested in opportunities where transformation, regulation, and operational excellence intersect—whether in executive leadership, board roles, or advisory capacity.
