Marc is a multilingual executive with extensive leadership experience across manufacturing, retail, IT/internet/telecommunications, and healthcare. He combines the agility and entrepreneurial mindset of start-ups with the structural discipline and strategic perspective of large corporations. In addition to his executive responsibilities, he serves on several boards of directors, including multiple chairmanships. An accomplished transformation leader, Marc drives change from strategic, technological, and cultural angles - always with a strong market orientation and a clear focus on results. He leads with clarity, humility, and conviction, consistently embodying the principles of servant leadership. He operates seamlessly across strategic, operational, and tactical levels. A strong advocate of lifelong learning, Marc has complemented his technical education with executive programs at the University of St. Gallen, IMD Lausanne, London Business School, and Harvard University. Marc is the father of two grown daughters living in New York (www.lelastudios.com) and resides in the Zurich area. In his free time, he enjoys sports - including multiple Ironman finishes - reading, and riding his Harley with his two closest friends.
