I identified and seized growth opportunities by streamlining operations, embedding a customer-first mindset, and introducing data-driven performance tools. I accelerated store expansion from 300 to 900 locations, opening 100 stores annually, and built a highly profitable Designer Outlet channel generating €30M+ in annual sales. I negotiated and finalized new franchise agreements, refined strategic planning and budgeting to maximize resources, and led cross-functional teams to enhance core processes. Additionally, I successfully coordinated multiple M&A transactions.
